15. Award a Professional Services Agreement to United Water Works Inc. for\nGeneral Water Inventory Supplies. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement, in a form approved by the\nGeneral Counsel, to United Water Works Inc., to provide the purchase and\nacquisition of general water inventory supplies for an annual amount of\n$250,000 and a not-to-exceed $500,000 for a two (2) year term; and\n2.
