9. Golf Course Fire Damage Repair Project (CIP No. F21345) – Award of\nEmergency Contract. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Golf Course Fire Damage\nRepair Project (CIP No. F21345);\n2. Award a Construction Contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $669,712 to\nRestoration Management Company for the Golf Course Fire Damage Repair\nProject (CIP No. F21345) and execute the contract in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney;\n3. Approve an additional appropriation of $33,452 from Fund 100 (General\nFund) Undesignated Fund Balance GL Account No. 100.98.9800-56900\n(Transfer Out) transferring to Fund 570 (Golf Course) GL Account No.\n570.00.0000-47900 (Transfer In) and appropriate to GL Account No.\n570.16.1620-54500-F21345 (Contracted Services);\n4. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed $67,000 (approximately 10%of the total\ncontract amount) for construction contingency; and\n5.
