6. Agreement with Nobel Systems, Inc. to consolidate existing Geographic Information\nSystem services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Nobel Systems, Inc., to consolidate\nexisting Geographic Information System ("GIS") services under one agreement, as well as to\nexpand services to enhance the Field Operations Division's GIS-based Service Request System,\nin an amount-not-to-exceed $685,500 for a term of five (5) years with the provision to extend for\ntwo additional years;\nb. Appropriating $27,300 in Water Funds, $12,100 in Gas Tax Funds, and $20,000 in General\nFunds for Fiscal Year 2023/24 services; and\nc. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
