CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-127,\nAPPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH VACCO INDUSTRIES\nFOR PARKING SPACES AT 1530 CENTRAL AVENUE, SOUTH EL\nMONTE, CALIFORNIA\nConsideration and approval of a license agreement for leasing parking\nspaces to Vacco Industries.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff Recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-127, approving a license agreement for\nleasing parking spaces to Vacco Industries; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement.\nENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS: This action proposed herein is not a\nproject subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in\naccordance with Section 21065 of CEQA and State CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15378. Entering into a lease\nagreement for parking spaces is an administrative action that would not\ncause either a direct physical change in the environment or a reasonably\nforeseeable indirect physical change in the environment. Therefore, the\nproposed action is not a “project” subject to CEQA, as defined in Section\n21065 of CEQA and Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines. Since\nthe action is not a project subject to CEQA, no environmental document is\nrequired.
