CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-125,\nCONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF IYOB TESSEMA AS\nDIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES/RISK MANAGEMENT AND\nAPPROVAL OF DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND RISK\nMANAGEMENT EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT\nStaff is asking the City Council to consent to the appointment of lyob\nTessema as Director of Human Resources and Risk Management and\napprove the employment agreement for services as Director of Human\nResources/Risk Management.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-125, approving appointment of lyob Tessema\nfor the position of Director of Human Resources and Risk Management\nand approving employment agreement; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
