Memorandum of Understanding with Los Angeles County Flood Control District to\nsecure Prop 1 Round 2 Integrated Regional Water Management Implementation Grant\nFunds for the Water Main Replacement Phase I, City Project No. 689-WTR\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with the Los Angeles County Flood\nControl District to secure $2,342,400 in Proposition 1 Round 2 Integrated Regional Water\nManagement ("IRWM") Implementation Grant Funds for the Water Main Replacement Phase I,\nCity Project No. 689-WTR;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Memorandum of Understanding in a form acceptable to\nthe City Attorney;\nc. Appropriating $2,342,400 in Proposition 1 Round 2 IRWM Implementation Grant Funds to fund\nthe Project; and\nd. Authorizing payment to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District of up to $105,408, as\nrequired by the Memorandum of Understanding.
