3.7 Adoption of Resolution Approving the 2023 West Orange County CERT\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU).\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE\nCITY OF WESTMINSTER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE WEST ORANGE COUNTY\nCOMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (CERT) MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING (MOU)”; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager and the Police Chief, or their designees, to complete and\nsign all necessary materials to facilitate the MOU.\nPROCLAMATION
