Approve a budget adjustment from the Park Dedication Fund balance (Fund 200) to\nan existing CIP Project, Account Number 76502-762203, “Playground Replacement\nat Newcastle Park,” in the amount of $288,308; and\nB. Approve the award of contract to the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of\n$363,916.00 to Western State Builders, Inc. and that all other bids be rejected; and\nC. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $36,391.60 for potential change\norders; and\nD.
