3.6 Adoption of Plans and Specifications and Authorization to Solicit Construction Bids for the Citywide Residential Street Improvement Project-Project No.: CDBG 23-24. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the plans and specifications for the Citywide Residential Street Improvement Project - CDBG 23-24, and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve minor modifications to the plans and specifications to accommodate requested revisions from public safety and utility agencies; and B. Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise and solicit construction bids for said project. RESOLUTION
