3.6 Adoption of Plans and Specifications and Authorization to Solicit Construction Bids\nfor the Citywide Residential Street Improvement Project-Project No.: CDBG 23-24.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the plans and specifications for the Citywide Residential Street\nImprovement Project - CDBG 23-24, and authorize the Public Works Director/City\nEngineer to approve minor modifications to the plans and specifications to\naccommodate requested revisions from public safety and utility agencies; and\nB. Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise and solicit construction bids for\nsaid project.\nRESOLUTION
