Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the 2023 Edward Byrne\nMemorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the related 2023 JAG grant documents; and\nB. Approve a revenue estimate of $19,922 to the 2023 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)\nProgram, Grant Revenue Account for the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget; and\nC.
