Authorize the City Manager to execute a Tri-Party Consultant Services\nAgreement (Attachment A) between the City of Wildomar, Sycamore Academy\nCharter School and PlaceWorks, Inc. for preparation of a Mitigated Negative\nDeclaration for the Sycamore Academy Charter School Expansion project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Consultant Services\nAgreement/Contract between the City of Wildomar and PlaceWorks, Inc. for\npreparation of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Sycamore Academy\nCharter School Expansion project.
