15. PROMENADE ON FOREST AD HOC COMMITTEE\nRecommendations:\n(1) Appoint Mayor Sue Kempf and Councilmember Mark\nOrgill as a City Council Ad Hoc Committee for the\nPromenade on Forest project, which will conclude\nfollowing project completion;\n(2) Direct the Ad Hoc Committee to work with City staff\nand the consultant to identify the scope and constraints\nand determine the process to move forward;\n(3) Conclude the work of the Planning Commission\nPromenade Ad Hoc Committee and thank the Planning\nCommission Ad Hoc ; and\n(4) Direct the City Council Ad Hoc Committee to return to\nthe City Council within 90 days to provide a project\nupdate.
