Acceptance of the 1711 Eolus Avenue and Loch\nLomond Drive Storm Drain Repair Projects (CD05E).\nEnvironmental Considerations: The actions being\nconsidered by the City Council are exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it\nis not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines. The action involves an organizational or\nadministrative activity of government that will not result\nin the direct or indirect physical change in the\nenvironment.
