Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for a not-to-exceed\namount of $29,900 with Eide Bailly LLP in the form attached, and in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n3. Appropriate $29,900 from Measure W Reserves to Professional Services\naccount 29-5600-6216.
