CC 12. Amending Employee Classification and Compensation Schedule and Increasing the Full\nTime Equivalent (FTE) Headcount\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Adopt Resolution No. ____, amending Resolution 23-65, establishing a compensation\nschedule for various classifications of employees of the City of Lancaster and adding four (4)\nFTE positions.\n2. Approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $170,276 to fund the four (4) additional\npositions for the remaining 4 months of the Fiscal Year 2023-2024.\nAfter receiving the bids for the contract, City staff reviewed the cost and weighed the options\nfor this program. Our analysis shows that by expanding staff by four (4) new FTEs and\nbringing the contract services in-house, we can maintain response times and level of service,\nwhile saving money
