CC 6. Approve the Lancaster Advanced Energy Community Green District Pilot Program Tariff and\nParticipant Agreement\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the Lancaster Advanced Energy Community (AEC) Green District Pilot Program\nTariff and Participant Agreement.\nThe Lancaster AEC project is a collaboration of the City of Lancaster and the Zero Net\nEnergy Alliance (ZNEA). This collaboration has resulted in two major grant awards from the\nCEC, which yielded a combined total of $6,468,839.00 of grant funding to support the\ndevelopment and implementation of a comprehensive suite of advanced community energy\nsolutions designed to produce economic and environmental benefits for the Lancaster\ncommunity.
