CC 5. Final Map Approval – Tract Map No. 061817-01 (Located at the Northwest Corner of Avenue\nH-8 and 17th Street East)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map and accept the dedications as offered on Tract Map No. 061817-01, located\nat the northwest corner of Avenue H-8 and 17th Street East; make findings that this project\nwill not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and 66474.6 of the\nSubdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.\nThe Final Map is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative map and phasing\nmatrix. Tract Map No. 061817-01 has been examined by the City Surveyor, and is ready for\nCouncil approval. In addition, an Undertaking Agreement and Improvement Securities have\nbeen submitted to guarantee the installation of improvements.
