19. APPROVAL TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN FOR 5K/1K EVENT AND CONTRACT\nFOR TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\nA. Approve the proposed traffic control plan for the 5K/1K\nevent.\nB. 1) Appropriate an additional $9,050 from the available\nGeneral Fund Balance; and 2) Award the contract for the\nTraffic Control Services to Statewide Traffic Safety and\nSigns, Inc. DBA Statewide Safety Systems, Santa Ana,\nCalifornia, in the amount of $55,355, and authorize the Mayor\nor her designee to execute the agreement.
