9. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3857 WITH BLAIS AND ASSOCIATES, LLC TO\nPROVIDE GRANT WRITING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3857 with Blais and Associates, LLC for professional grant\nwriting and management services to exercise the first of the available two, one (1) year term extensions;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City of\nMontebello; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
