7. FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 SECOND QUARTER BUDGET REPORT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Receive and file this agenda report and the presentation on the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Second Quarter\nBudget Report; and,\n2. Amend the Master Position Control to Add One (1.0) Community Services Coordinator and One (1.0)\nRecreation Supervisor Full-Time Equivalent to the Parks and Recreation Department (Attachment C);\nand,\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget in the amounts and in the accounts listed in Attachment D; and,\n4. Take whatever additional actions necessary.
