10. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3822 WITH COMPLETE LANDSCAPE CARE, INC.\nEXTENDING THE TERM TWO (2) YEARS AND EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3822 with Complete Landscape Care Inc. to extend the\nagreement for two (2) additional years and expand landscape maintenance services to Montebello City\nPark Monument, Montebello City Park Youth Center, Senior Center South Wing Enclosed Patio, and\nNorth Ridge Park; and\n2. Increase the total not-to-exceed amount of the agreement by $60,000 per year ($120,000 over the two\n(2) year extension term); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Service Agreement No. 3822;\nand\n4. Take all other additional actions deemed necessary
