14. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 2937 BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND\nSAN GABRIEL VALLEY WATER COMPANY (SGVWC) ALLOWING FOR THE CONTINUED SERVICE OF\nNON-POTABLE RECYCLED WATER FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES AT GRANT REA PARK FOR A PERIOD\nOF 10 YEARS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 2937 between the City of Montebello and San Gabriel\nValley Water Company allowing for the continued service of non-potable recycled water for irrigation\npurposes at Grant Rea Park for a period of 10 years; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 2937, in a final form approved\nby the City Attorney.\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
