(Angel)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve the proposal from MISCO\nWATER to furnish and install two (2) JWCE washer compactors, with control panels, at the City\nof Adelanto WWTP in the amount of $298,949.55 per Adelanto Municipal Code 3.10.270(B).
