City Council: Adoption of a resolution authorizing the City to apply for and receive grant funds from\nthe United States Bureau of Reclamation’s (USBR) WaterSMART: Title XVI WIIN Water Reclamation\nand Reuse Projects for Fiscal Year 2023, in the amount of $7,134,245, for the Pure Water Oceanside\nPhase I; and for WaterSMART: Desalination Construction Projects Under the WIIN Act for Fiscal\nYear 2023, in the amount of $5,413,714, for the Brine Optimization and Well Expansion Project;\nappropriation of funds when received; and authorization for the Water Utilities Director, or\ndesignee, to act on behalf of the City as signatory to accept grant funds
