City Council: Approval of Amendment 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with Richard Brady\nand Associates, in the amount of $180,000, for a total compensation not to exceed $1,354,850,\nfor additional construction support and inspection services; appropriation of $20,000 from the\nGeneral Fund Pier Assigned Maintenance account; and authorization for the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents
