RESOLUTION NO. - First Amendment to Non-Exclusive License Agreement LAA-9230 with\nTuro, Inc.: To make changes to allow for more efficient operations, covering peer-to-peer\nvehicle sharing services at Los Angeles International Airport\nPURPOSE: Staff request approval of the First Amendment to Non-Exclusive License Agreement\nLAA-9230 between Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and Turo, Inc. (Turo) for peer-to-peer\nvehicle sharing services at Los Angeles International Airport to remove the requirement for Turo\nto provide to LAWA written agreements with off-airport parking operators and add LAWA's\n2.\nBudget Parking lot as an allowable location for Turo operators.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport\nCommissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1 (18)(c) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines;\napprove the First Amendment to Non-Exclusive License Agreement LAA-9230 with Turo, Inc.;\nand authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said First Amendment after\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.
