RESOLUTION NO. - Award of fifteen (15) five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contracts to\n[i] Anser Advisory Management LLC, [ii] C2PM, [iii] CMTS LLC, [iv] COLAB LAWA LLC, [v]\nCordoba Corporation, [vi] D’Leon Consulting Engineers Corporation, [xii] H.J. Russell &\nCompany, [viii] Hill International Inc., [ix] Jacobs Project Management Co., [x] The Kennard\nDevelopment Group dba KDG Construction Consulting, [xi] Lea+Elliott Inc., [xii] Parsons\nTransportation Group Inc., [xiii] PSG JV, [xiv] Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting\nInc., and [xv] Vanir Construction Management Inc.: With two (2) one-year renewal options,\ncovering highly specialized consulting services in support of the Capital Improvement Program\nand other key initiatives, on an as-needed basis, at Los Angeles International Airport, Van Nuys\nAirport, and Palmdale landholdings, for total combined funding allocation not to exceed\n$950,000,000\nPURPOSE: The purpose of the action is to award Multiple Award Task Order Contracts to a\nbench of fifteen (15) pre-qualified contracted firms to provide program services to support Los\nAngeles World Airports Capital Improvement Program and other key initiatives at Los Angeles\n8. International Airport, Van Nuys Airport, and Palmdale landholdings.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport\nCommissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; find\nthat the work can be performed more economically or feasibly by an independent contractor than\nby City employees; further find that the protest is without merit and rejected; approve Award of\nContracts to Anser Advisory Management LLC, C2PM, CMTS LLC, COLAB LAWA LLC,\nCordoba Corporation, D'Leon Consulting Engineers Corporation, H.J. Russell & Company, Hill\nInternational Inc., Jacobs Project Management Co., The Kennard Development Group dba KDG\nConstruction Consulting, Lea+Elliott Inc., Parsons Transportation Group Inc., PSG JV, Simpson\n& Simpson Management Consulting Inc., and Vanir Construction Management Inc.; authorize\nthe Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said fifteen (15) Contracts after approval by\nthe Los Angeles City Council and approval as to form by the City Attorney; and further authorize\nthe Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute the two (2) one-year renewal options.
