17. CONSIDERATION OF UPDATED PUBLIC ART\nPROGRAM POLICY AND FINDING ACTION\nEXEMPT FROM CEQA\nRecommendations: It is recommended by the Arts\nCommission that the City Council:\n(1) Receive a presentation by the Cultural Planning Group\nregarding the updated Public Art Program Policy;\n(2) Provide input on the draft Public Art Program Policy;\n(3) Direct staff to return with a draft ordinance that would\nalign with the changes outlined in the Public Art Program;\nand\n(4) Find said action exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
