Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement with\nHF&H Consultants, LLC for Refuse Contract Negotiations\nand SB 1383 Compliance Assistance Fiscal Impact:\nExpense: $35,000 Funding Source: $35,000 Refuse\nAdministration Enterprise Fund Balance (374386-6099)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC in\nthe amount of $35,000 for SB 1383 compliance and\nfranchise agreement negotiation services, for a\ncumulative contract not-to-exceed amount of\n$154,999, and extend the term of agreement for an\nadditional 12 months to June 30, 2025; and\n2) Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract\namendments up to 10% of the cumulative contract\namount, or $15,499.90; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute all necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAmendment No. 3 with HFH Consultants\nHFH Scope of Work and Proposal
