Approve an Appropriation Adjustment and a Lease Agreement with RailWorks Track\nServices, Inc. for Office Space at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center for a\nFive­Month Term with 12 One­Month Extensions, for a Total Amount of $73,031 (Non­\nGeneral Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a site lease\nagreement with Railworks Track Services, Inc. to compensate the City $4,356 per\nmonth, with any partial month prorated at $145 per day, for the lease of 1,452 square\nfeet of office space located at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, for a\nfive­month term beginning February 6, 2024 and ending June 30, 2024, with the\noption of 12 one­month extensions, for a total of $73,031 in lease revenue for the\nentire term of the agreement, including the optional extensions (Agreement No. A­\n2024­XXX).\n2. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing Fiscal Year 2023­24 lease\nincome in the amount of $20,759 into the SARTC Operations, Rental­RailWorks\nrevenue account and appropriate the same amount to the SARTC Operations,\nContractual Services­Professional expenditure account.
