Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with Hartzog & Crabill of Tustin,\nCalifornia. in the not-to-exceed amount of $175,000 for providing On-Call Professional\nTransportation and Traffic Engineering Services for FY2022/2023 and FY2023/2024;\nand\n2. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with Fehr & Peers of Riverside,\nCalifornia. in the not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 for providing On-Call Professional\nTransportation and Traffic Engineering Services for FY2022/2023 and FY2023/2024;\nand\n3. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with Michael Baker International of\nOntario, California. in the not-to-exceed amount of $45,000 for providing On-Call\nProfessional Transportation and Traffic Engineering Services for FY2022/2023 and\nFY2023/2024.
