8. AWARD MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR AS 24-048\nNEEDED FIRE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, ANNUAL INSPECTION\nAND TESTING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award Maintenance Services Agreements (MSAs) to Bit Pros, Incorporated,\nand Performance Truck Repair, Incorporated, for as needed fire equipment\nmaintenance, annual inspection and testing services for a five-year period,\nfor an annual amount of $200,000.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency of $20,000 annually for\nunforeseen costs and approval for Consumer Price Index (CPI) escalation\nand de-escalation.\n3.
