5. ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2024-25 RECOGNIZED 24-002\nOBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE (ROPS) FOR THE COSTA\nMESA SUCCESSOR AGENCY AND THEN APPROVE DISSOLUTION\nOF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COSTA MESA\nREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council/Successor Agency Board:\n1. Approve a Resolution of the City Council/Successor Agency Board of\nthe City of Costa Mesa, California, approving the Recognized Obligation\nPayment Schedule (ROPS) in the amount of $0 for the Fiscal Year 2024\n-25 (Attachment 1 and Exhibit A).\n2. Approve a Resolution of the City Council/Successor Agency Board of\nthe City of Costa Mesa, California, requesting the Oversight Board,\nOrange County Auditor-Controller and California Department of Finance\napprove of the dissolution of the Successor Agency to the Costa Mesa\nRedevelopment Agency (Attachment 2).\n3.
