Approve Multi-Year Professional Services Agreement Amendments for On-\nCall Professional Services, subject to extension administratively for two\nadditional one-year periods, with the following firms (listed alphabetically):\n• AGA Engineers, Inc.\n• Ardurra Group, Inc.\n• Interwest Consulting Group, Inc.\n• Iteris, Inc.\n• Mark Thomas & Company, Inc.\n• Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants\n• Wolfe Engineering and Design, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Multi-Year On-Call Professional\nServices Agreement Amendments, and future amendments to the\nagreements, subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.
