Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Law Enforcement\nServices Agreement with the County of Orange; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amended Agreement and future\nAmendments to the Agreement, subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes.
