Authorize the City Manager to execute a Quitclaim Deed transferring\nall rights, title, and interest in and to the storm drain easement\nrecorded on Tract Map 31590, recorded in Map Book 478, Pages 81\nthrough 88 inclusive, in the Official Records of Riverside County,\nCalifornia, to the Riverside County Flood Control and Water\nConservation District.\n2.
