Authorize the City Manager to execute a Quitclaim Deed transferring\nall rights, title, and interest in and to the storm drain easement\nrecorded on Tract Map 31590, recorded in Map Book 478, Pages 81\nthrough 88 inclusive, in the Official Records of Riverside County,\nCalifornia, to the Riverside County Flood Control and Water\nConservation District.\n2. Direct the City Clerk to forward the signed Quitclaim Deed to the\nRiverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for\nfurther processing and recordation.

Accept and approve the Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant\nAwards between California Department of Transportation (Caltrans)\nand the City of Moreno Valley (City) for the Transportation Demand\nManagement (TDM) Plan in the amount of $120,000 (Fund 2301) with\na city local match of $15,547; and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute the\nRestricted Grant Agreement and any subsequent amendments,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section\nof this report.

AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT TO WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR THE\nMORENO VALLEY ROADWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS IN THREE\nAREAS (PROJECT NO 810 0022) (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to Willdan\nEngineering to provide traffic engineering services for the Moreno\nValley Roadway Safety Improvements in Three Areas Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional\nConsultant Services with Willdan Engineering in the amount of\n$481,700, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order for Willdan Engineering in\nthe amount of $481,700 when the Agreement has been signed by all\nparties using SS4A Grant funding and the State Gas Tax Fund (Funds\n2301 and 2000); and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with Willdan Engineering, subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney.
