I.9. AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT TO TKE ENGINEERING INC. FOR THE\nREDLANDS BOULEVARD AND LOCUST AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL\n(PROJECT NO 808 0040) (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to TKE\nEngineering, Inc. to provide traffic engineering services for the\nRedlands Boulevard and Locust Avenue Traffic Signal Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional\nConsultant Services with TKE Engineering, Inc. in the amount of\n$117,800, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order for TKE Engineering, Inc.\nin the amount of $117,800 when the Agreement has been signed by\nall parties using the Development Impact Fees (DIF) Traffic Signals\nFund (Fund 3302); and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with TKE Engineering, Inc., subject to the approval\nof the City Attorney.
