I.12. AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT TO WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR THE\nMORENO VALLEY ROADWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS IN THREE\nAREAS (PROJECT NO 810 0022) (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to Willdan\nEngineering to provide traffic engineering services for the Moreno\nValley Roadway Safety Improvements in Three Areas Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional\nConsultant Services with Willdan Engineering in the amount of\n$481,700, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order for Willdan Engineering in\nthe amount of $481,700 when the Agreement has been signed by all\nparties using SS4A Grant funding and the State Gas Tax Fund (Funds\n2301 and 2000); and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with Willdan Engineering, subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney.
