P. 276 8. SUBJECT: AWARD OF CONTRACTS – ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL\nENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: That City Council:\n1. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with JCA Engineering of Yucaipa,\nCalifornia in the not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 for providing On-Call Professional\nElectrical Engineering Design Services for FY2022/2023 and FY2023/2024; and\n2.
