Annual Routine Monthly Landscape Maintenance - Contract Area 6\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve the Fifth Amendment to the existing maintenance\ncontract to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for subject services for the period of July 1, 2023 through\nJune 30, 2025 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $1,425,785.40; and (2)\nauthorize issuance of a purchase order to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for the period of July 1,\n2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $712,892.70 pending adoption of the\n2023-2025 budget by City Council.
