Annual Maintenance Program for the Removal and Replacement of Concrete\nSidewalks, Curb & Gutter, Driveway Approaches and Cross-Gutters\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Sixth Amendment to the existing maintenance contract\nwith S. Parker Engineering, Inc for the subject services for the period of July 1, 2023 through\nJune 30, 2025 in the amount of $731,500.00; and (2) authorize issuance of a purchase order to\nS. Parker Engineering, Inc. for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount\nnot to exceed $365,750.00 pending adoption of the 2023-2025 budget by City Council.
