Annual Maintenance Program for the Janitorial and Related Services at City Facilities\nand Recreation Centers\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Ninth Amendment to the existing maintenance contract\nwith Alliance Building Maintenance, LLC for the subject services for the period of July 1,\n2023 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $680,788.80 (24 month period); and (2)\nauthorize issuance of a purchase order to Alliance Building Maintenance, LLC for the period\nof July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $340,394.40 pending\nadoption of the 2023-2025 budget by City Council.
