5.7 Agreement Amendment: Approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services\nAgreement with Kleinfelder Construction Services, Inc. to Provide On-Call Capital Improvement\nProgram (CIP) Construction Management Services\nReport Number: 23-0322\nLocation: No specific geographic location\nDepartment: Engineering\nG.C. § 84308: Yes\nEnvironmental Notice: The activity is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines. Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nactivity qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution approving the second amendment to the consultant services agreement\nwith Kleinfelder Construction Services, Inc. for On-Call CIP Construction Management\nServices to increase the maximum amount to be paid for consultant services.
