14. BID & PURCHASE - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STUDIO ONE\nELEVEN FOR CIVIL DESIGN AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE 6TH STREET\nBEAUTIFICATION AND REVITALIZATION, PROJECT NO. ST‐2022‐02, RFP NO.\n24-024AT IN THE AMOUNT OF $798,160\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Studio One Eleven for a term\nof February 21, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the amount of $798,160.\nb. Award Request for Proposal 24-024AT to Studio One Eleven for consultant\nservices and the development of project improvement plans, specifications, and\ncost estimates for the 6th Street Beautification and Revitalization Project No. ST-\n2022-02.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Studio One Eleven in the amount of $798,160.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to Studio\nOne Eleven in the amount of $798,160.\ne. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute the\nnon-substantive extensions, amendments, and change orders up to the amount\nauthorized in Corona Municipal Code 3.08.070(I), which is equivalent up to 10%\nor $79,816 of the total project cost.\nf. Authorize a transfer in the amount of $798,816 from the Citywide Street\nPavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2021-01 to the 6th\nStreet Beautification and Revitalization Capital Improvement Project No. ST2022-\n02 within the Measure A Fund 227.\nAgenda
