15. BID & PURCHASE - AWARD OF MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH NEXTDAY DELIVERY SERVICE, INC. FOR CITYWIDE MAIL\nDELIVERY SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $175,000 PER FISCAL YEAR, REQUEST FOR\nPROPOSALS (RFP) 24-035AH\nThat the City Council:\na. Award RFP 24-035AH to Nextday Delivery Service, Inc. for citywide mail delivery\nservices.\nb. Approve the Maintenance General Services Agreement with Nextday Delivery\nService, Inc. for an initial term of March 6, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the\namount of $175,000 per fiscal year additional two-year extensions through June\n30, 2030, and waive any and all minor irregularities in the proposal.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance General\nServices Agreement with Nextday Delivery Services, Inc. in the amount of\n$175,000 per fiscal year, including any non-substantive extensions, change\norders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized in\nCorona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or\n$17,500.
