13. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION TO RECONSTRUCT\nDECORATIVE STONE PLANTERS AND REFINISH\nMAIN ENTRANCE DOORS AT CITY HALL\nRecommendations:\n(1) Accept the donation of materials and services from\nGregg Abel valued at $5,300 to reconstruct decorative\nstone planters and refinish front entrance doors at City\nHall;\n(2) Determine that the recommended action is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\naccording to State CEQA Guidelines section 15302 (Class\n2) categorical exemption;\n(3) Direct staff to file and post a Notice of Exemption\nconsistent with the above-stated CEQA finding within five\ndays of this approval; and\n(4) Authorize the Mayor to send a letter of appreciation to\nGregg Abel.
