Accept the proposal and authorize Staff to issue a Purchase Order to Ninyo & Moore\nGeotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants On-Call contract for Material Testing\nServices in the amount not-to-exceed $12,075.\n3. Approve a Project Budget Amendment in the amount of $100,000.
