14.1 Consideration and Possible Approval of First Amendment to City Manager\nEmployment Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a First Amendment to the employment agreement with City Manager Martinez\nto be made available to the public before consideration of this agenda item. The salient\nterms of the employment agreement will be disclosed to the public before approval of this\nitem as required by Government Code Section 54953(c)(3); and\n2.
